My first poached egg

While many women my age post complicated recipes involving ingredients from the other side of the world on their ad-laden food blogs, I revel in making my very first poached egg.

The trickiest part was scooping it out of the saucepan and putting it on top of my granary toast. But I got through it. Whew!!!
